He was predeceased by: his parents, Lincoln Jorgensen and Eva Jorgensen (Carter); his wife Sherry Boring; his grandson Jackson; and his siblings, Jerry Jorgensen of Fort Dodge, Sandy Cayler of Fort Dodge and Pauline Rier of Clarion.
He is survived by: his children, Brian of Sioux City and Rebecca of Des Moines; his granddaughters, Olivia (Matt) and Alexa (Aaron) of Des Moines; and his great grandchild Julian.
