The memory of Naomi (Scheckel) Till of Springbrook, Iowa, who passed away on August 24, 2025 at the age of 91, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Scheckel and Marcella Scheckel (Sturm); her husband Lavern Till; her son Patrick; and her siblings, Adrian, Allen and Mary Sullivan.
She is survived by: her children, Naomi, Brian (Catherine) of Coralville, Annette Ernst (Greg Schmidt) of Prairie Village, Michelle Daugherty (Mike) of Bellevue, Paul of Andrew, Chuck (Darla) of Dubuque and Charlotte Beck (Brian) of Ankeny; and her siblings, Carma Weiss of Galena, Doris Trenkamp (Stephen) of Preston, Marci Hardin of Durant, Judy Scheckel of Burnsville and Dennis Scheckel (Sandra) of Dewitt.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church (105 E Main, Springbrook, IA 52075). A Mass will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to Camp Courageous in Monticello, Iowa in Naomi's memory.
