It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Harriet Strait of Springville, Iowa, who passed away on October 22, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Harriet shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Harriet farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her mother Lucille Edith Olsen; her husband Arnold Strait; her son Jeff Strait; and her brother Emil Bisinger Jr.. She is survived by: her pet Charlie; her daughter Linda McCleary (Dayle) of Springville; her grandchildren, Bret McCleary and Jaime Zaruba (Beau); her great grandchildren, Cassidy and Ashlynne; and her brother Bob Bisinger (Jean) of Marion. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
