He is survived by: his wife Tami Coleman; his children, Renae Rudkin of Nevada and Benjamin York of State Center; his grandchildren, Katrina, Marissa, Daniel, Lance, Bennett and Samson; his siblings, Cindy Brooks (George) of Harlan, Cheryl Johnson (Larry) of Centerville, Bryan York (Julie) of Kettering, Brant York (Kathy) of State Center and Carletta Markley (Jeff) of Mokane; and his uncle Larry York (Joyce) of Cherokee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Mitchell Family Funeral Home (1209 Iowa Ave W, Marshalltown, IA 50158). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
