She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Obrecht and Goldie I. Obrecht (Arnold); her close friend Larry Honeck; and her brothers, Alvin and Raymond Obrecht.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Honeck; her children, Sherry Bailey of State Center, Theresa "Tess" Clawson (Paul) of Rhodes, Stephanie Allen (Troy) of Bettendorf and Rodney Honeck (Buffi) of State Center; her grandchildren, Annie Kemmerer (Scott), Robyn Hackett (Cody), Vincent Clawson, Jacoby Honeck, Olivia Allen and Madeleine Allen; her great grandchildren, Connor, Nelle, Brynn, Hadlee, Harper and Huxton; and her sister Floy Biggert of Jacksonville, FL..
A Mass will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (610 3rd St SW, State Center, IA 50247).
