He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Whipple and Florence Rouse (Gerlich); his wife Ramona Mae Rouse of John's Catholic Church; his grandsons, Carl Jason Stromberg and Bradley Christopher Flack; and his siblings, Chester Rouse, Anne Goldsmith Fetz (Rouse), Mary Brinkman (Rouse), Betty Christopherson (Rouse), Ray Rouse, John Rouse, Mike Rouse and Jeanne Maher (Rouse).
He is survived by: his children, Mary Kathleen Flack (Lonny) of Nevada, Ellen Kristine Moel (Jack) of Lisbon and Thomas Rouse (Jeanette) of Springfield, MO.; and his sister Gladys Whipple Hurtis (Rouse). He is also survived by six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church or Unity Point Hospice in memory of Tom.
