He is survived by: his mother Kathie Smith; his brothers, Nathan Smith, Nick Smith (Crystal) and Tyler Smith (Austin); his nieces, Skylinn, Cammi, Brielle Smith, Kyra and Ellianna Davis; and his nephew Jaden Smith.
