He was predeceased by : his parents, Lavern Webber and Faye Webber (Rex); his wife Hazel Andrew; his daughter Kathryn Talbot; and his sister Stella May Pickett.

He is survived by : his children, Betty Webber of Cedar Falls, Iowa, Randall Webber (Danette) of Bettendorf, Richard Webber of LeClaire and David Webber (Fran) of Atalissa; and his brother-in-law Billy Pickett. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter.

Memorials may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital.
