She was predeceased by : her parents, Everett Bergman and Mabel Bergman (Carlson); her former life partners, Keith Edward Jenkins and Duane Bauer (Keith Jenkins); her sisters, Mary Jane Johnson and Gloria Bergman; and her son-in-law David Martin.

She is survived by : her children, Cecil Christian "Chris" Bauer (Shirley) of Stratford, IA, Nancy Martin of Harcourt, IA, Janet Mitchell (Ted) of Webster City, IA and Donna Ryder (Mark) of Kamrar, IA; her grandchildren, Andrea Bauer, Kaeleen Stoneburner (Shane), McKenna Mitchell, Bradly Bauer (Christina), Kelly Jenkins and Cameron Mitchell; and her great grandchildren, Dustin Bauer (Harlie), Mason Bauer (Kelsey), Brock Bauer, Brogan Bauer, Brody Bauer, Easton Stoneburner and Ella Stoneburner.

Right away when I met her I knew she would be an asset to our department. She had this wonderful caring personality. She was concerned about not knowing what she needed.
