It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sandra Sue Oaks of Stratford, Iowa, born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on December 19, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Wayne Baldwin and Ruth Baldwin (Moreland); and her brother Lawrence. She is survived by : her husband Gerald Oaks; her children, Dr. Suess, Andrea Lowe of Brooklyn Park, MN, Donna McCormick (Martin) of Brooklyn Park, MN and Steven Oaks (Joyce) of Waterloo; her grandchildren, Whitney Nagel (Josiah), Andy Lowe, Jacob, Abby McCormick, Zach Harris (Macie), Lauren, Emma and Sadie Oaks; her sister Deb Palmer (Hap); and her sister-in-law Sandy Lyons.

Memorial may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association.
