She was predeceased by: her parents, Katherine Ann Whitlock and Sidney Vincent Whitlock; and her sister Amy Forouraghi. She is survived by: her children, Emily Nielsen, Mark O'Donnell and Patrick O'Donnell; and her granddaughter Audrey Nielsen. She is also survived by extended family members, dear friends.
