He is survived by: his children, Andrew "Carlos" Munoz of Adel, Gabbi Kays of Redfield, Bella Munoz of Casey and Alexa Lindberg of Fontanelle; his mother Joan Lindberg of Stuart; his granddaughter Lynda Kirkpatrick of Redfield; and his former wife Nicole Lindberg.
