We announce the death of Gayle Jean Harmon of Sully, Iowa, who passed away on June 11, 2026, at the age of 73. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Wyk and Edith Van Wyk (Kamerick); and her brother Dean Van Wyk. She is survived by: her husband Burley Harmon; her children, Jeanie Van Wyk (Randy) of Lynnville, Terry Needham (Tammy) of Lynnville, Shaun Needham (Dana) of Lynnville, Trisha Van Wyk (Justin Dillon) of Lynnville, Chuck Harmon (Carrie) of Marshalltown, Gene Harmon (Sherry) of Marshalltown and Dave Harmon (Melissa) of North Platte, NE; her sister Kathy Van Wyhe; and her sister-in-law Vicki Van Wyk. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
