He was predeceased by : his parents, Herschel "Bill" Willis and Margaret Ann Kipfer (Minion); and his sister Korrine Miller. He is survived by : his son Brady Alan Kipfer (Breann Allen); his grandson Kesler Allen; his siblings, Clark Kipfer (Gayle) of Arnolds Park, Kathryn Nemitz (Mark) of Windom, MN and Brent Kipfer (Colleen) of Jacksonville, FL; and his brother-in-law Don Miller of Pittsburgh, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
