Donna Mae Triplett Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 29, 2025, at the age of 89, Donna Mae Triplett (Sutherland, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Litka and Opal Litka (Manning); her husband Merlyn Triplett; her brothers, Darrell Litka (Butch), Burdell (Irene Triplett), Jim (Maxine Cooper) and Ken (Evelyn Syndergaard); her grandson Travis Nilles; and her siblings-in-law, Tillie Litka and Walt Bern.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Triplett (Mary) of Hill City, Jolene Halverson (Jeff) of Granville, Iowa and Jan Nilles (Dale) of Las Vegas, Nevada.; her siblings, Jerry Litka, Gary Litka (Teresa) and Darlene Bern of Spencer; and her close friend Char Shriver.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Church of Christ (203 S Oak St, Sutherland, IA 51058). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at the Waterman Cemetery (420 S Hiview St, Sutherland, IA 51058).
