Michael Ferry Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Ferry of Swisher, Iowa, who passed away on September 22, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, McDonald Ferry and Onilee Ferry; his siblings, Shirley Hill, Patrick, John, Dennis and Tim Ferry; and his brother-in-law Bob Graybeal.

He is survived by: his brothers, Terry Ferry (Gail) of Vail, Jim Ferry (Liz) of Swisher, Tom Ferry (Sue) of Wallace, Kevin Ferry (Beth) of Kingman and Kelly Ferry of Meadview, Arizona.; his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Graybeal, Kay Ferry, Karen Ferry and Annie Ferry; his cousin Doug Smith; Shawn Garcia and Mark Ferry.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services (1844 1st Ave NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Sadly, Alzheimer's robbed him of his livelihood.
