He is survived by: his children, Brian McNeal (Tammy), Rodney McNeal, Michael See (Kim) and Michelle Foss (Bob); and his grandchildren, Brandon McNeal (Jalynn), Taylor McNeal, Tori McNeal, Logan McNeal (Matt Viar), Mckenna McNeal (AJ Pirkl), Cody See, Maggie McNeal and Marshall McNeal. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brosh Chapel (2121 Bowling St SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
