He is survived by: his parent Thomas Cruthis (June Cruthis); his significant other Molly; his parent Allison Cruthis (Michael) of Highlands Ranch, CO; his brother Alex Cruthis (Cassie) of Maplewood, MN; and his grandparents, Gary Korver of Clinton, IA and Marty Raiser of Osceola, IA. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
