Cheryl A. Smith Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl A. Smith of Tabor, Iowa, who passed away on June 23, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Ryun and Marlene Ryun; and her husband David Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Shawn Smith (Stacey) of Hooper, NE and Justin Smith (Christine) of Omaha, NE; her grandchildren, Breanna, Ellie, Jacob, Tessa and Ryland Smith; her siblings, Wes Ryun (Eileen) of Council Bluffs, IA, Mike Ryun (Rosie) of Malvern, IA, Robin Ellis (Denny) of Council Bluffs, IA and Cathy Piper of Chariton, IA; and her siblings-in-law, John Smith (Charm) of Tabor, IA, Martha Smith, Marsha Abercrombie and Cindy Radford of Glenwood, IA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
