She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Penney and Norma R. Penney (Whipple); her husband Bill Allstot (Bill); and her brother-in-law Dave. She is survived by: her children, Richard Bolejack (Sandra) of Tabor, IA, Kristy Bolejack and Jacqulyn of Council Bluffs, IA. She is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; other relatives; and many friends.
