Cheryl (Pruisner) Propst Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 19, 2025, at the age of 75, Cheryl (Pruisner) Propst of Tama, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Pruisner and Arelene Pruisner (Tjebkes); her husband Dean; her sister Lani Jo; and her brother-in-law Ronald Best.
She is survived by: her sons, Travis Propst (Chris) of Grinnell and Matt Propst; her grandchildren, Tanner Hathaway (Maddie Gates), Lindsey Schwarck (Cody), Josh Kriegel and Nick Kriegel (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Ava, Aiden Schwarck and Clayson Kriegel; her sisters, Sonja Pruisner, Vicki Koehler (Dick) and Terri Best; and her foster siblings, Virginia Richardson, BJ Smith, Ron Smith, Mike Smith and Everett Siddell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Calendar Grace Community Church (3098 I Ave, Toledo, IA 52342). A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be directed to the family for later designation.
