She was predeceased by: her father Robert Matheson (Donna); her brother Doug Matheson; and her niece Crystal Leyendecker. She is survived by: her mother Betty Matheson (Kjormoe) of Toledo; her husband Bill of Tama; her sons, Robert Smith of Greenwood Village, CO and Christopher Smith of Tama; and her niece Amber Matheson. She is also survived by several cousins, aunts, uncles.

A memorial fund will be established.
