He is survived by: his children, Gaylon, Sandra, Lori, Nancy, Stacey, Mike, Kenny and Gail; his wife Joyce Wiese (Flynn); his children, Cheryl Wiese Kothenbeutel, Byron Wiese and David Wiese (Mary); his siblings, Dale Wiese (Pat) and Joy West; his grandchildren, Dusty, Katie Kothenbeutel, Gail Johnson (Shane), Melanie Wiese Moehler, Dillon Wiese (Shelby) and Trisha Miller (Jerad); his great grandchildren, Ellie, Madison Moehler, Isaac, Ila Jean Wiese and Grace Heine; his siblings, Donald "Bud", Charles, Arlo and Jean; his siblings-in-law, Charles Linville, Alan West and Charlotte Wiese; Katie, Duane, Denise and David. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, and many children.

Memorials may be directed to Iowa River Hospice in Dallas' name.
