She is survived by: her parents, Roy Kapayou Jr. and Marsha Funmaker; her children, Austyn Kapayou and Lyle Kapayou; her siblings, Shelene Balderas, Nizhoni Douglas, Stacy Kapayou, Kenesha Funmaker, Mya Johnson, Jasmine Cooley, Bryce Kapayou, Kunu Johnson, Marshall Kapayou and Andrew Rave Jr.; her grandchildren, Ruby, Choka Kenneth Funmaker Sr., Tega Nelson Funmaker and Bradford Funmaker; her aunts, Carolyn Kapayou, Jami Kapayou and Monica Funmaker; and her cousin Mister Walker.
A wake was held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at the Fox Clan Ceremonial Building (1569 Meskwaki Rd, Tama, IA 52339). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Meskwaki Cemetery.
