She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Lewis and Lillian Lewis (Libby); her husband LaVerne Prusha; and her sisters, Mary Atchison and Faith Backen.
She is survived by: her children, Lynne Wallace (Kurt) of Mount Ayr, Jody Prusha of Tama, Jamie Prusha of Cedar Rapids and Patrick Prusha (Linda) of Marion; her sister Dodie Fisher of Fort Madison; and her grandchildren, Jessica Prusha, Molly Hess, Dr. Alex Wallace, Allison Wallace, Dillon Prusha and Marcus Prusha. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
