He is survived by: his spouse Berty Jacobsen; his nieces and nephews, Matt, Sean (Renee), Lori, Nic, Sarah, Devon (Jessica), Andy (Jamie) and Stefanie (Kyle); his brothers, Steve (Chris) and Donnie; and his sisters-in-law, Becky Strahl and Vicki DeAngelo (Jack).
