With sadness, we share the passing of Lonnie Gene Hutson of Tama, Iowa. Lonnie, born on January 5, 1947, passed away on August 16, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Hutson and Gladys Hutson (Fuller); his son Gabriel; his parents-in-law, Marv and Martha Mostrom; his siblings, Donald Hutson and Linda Hutson; and his sister-in-law Sue Mostrom.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Mostrom of Tama; his children, Becky Hutson of Tama and Chad Hutson (Diana) of Huxley; his granddaughters, Taryn, Jadyn and Claire Hutson; his siblings, Donna Pippert of Cedar Falls and Gary Hutson of Blairstown; and his brother-in-law Bruce Mostrom. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund will be established.
