She is survived by: her husband Vernon Smith of Tama; her children, Lynn Willis (Rodney Harrell) of Holts Summit, MO, Stacey Howard (Renée) of Houston, TX, Rhonda Sullivan (Kerry) of Osage Beach, MO and Brian Howard (Andrea) of Colorado; her grandchildren, Derek Sullivan, Seth, Cole Willis and Nate Howard; and her sister Betty Arp (Raynard) of Toledo.
