Rigoberto Garcia Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rigoberto Garcia of Tama, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 4, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jose, Maria of Jesus, Isidro and Ofelia. He is survived by: his parents, Rigoberto Garcia Galvez and Maria Luisa Garcia Martinez of Mexico; his wife Yolanda Liliana Garcia Ortiz; his children, Juaquin, Mauricio and Emmanuel; his siblings, Daniel Garcia (Lluvia) of Atlantla, GA and Saira Taina Garcia (Antonio Solis) of Atlantla, GA; his cousin Guillermo Garcia (Maricruz); and his uncle Gregorio Garcia. He is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Francis of Assisi Parish- St. Mary (11 W Linn St, Marshalltown, IA 50158). A Mass was held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to the family for a later designation.
