He was predeceased by : his parent Catherine Moore; and his son Damien Moore. He is survived by : his former life partner Anita Roth; his children, Michael Roth (Merjen) of Tama and Heather Tuttle (Jacob) of Vinton; his grandchildren, Rachel, Hannah, Nolan, Raymond, Hope, Jaice, Xandria, Sade and Caleb; and his great grandchildren, Jackson and Denver. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
