He was predeceased by : his mother Amelia Zitterich (Nachtigal); his wife Arlene Zittrich; his father John Zitterich (Hank); and his siblings, Maleta Zitterich, Velma Plautz, Everett Zitterich, Bill Zitterich, Marvin Zitterich, Liela Feldman, Dorothy Osmundson and Lucille Nissen.

He is survived by : his children, Lori Zitterich, Craig Zitterich and Lynda Kilfoyl (Troy); and his grandchildren, Claire and Sydney Kilfoyl.
