She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Burns (Ben) and Viola Burns (Brennan); her in-laws, Joe and Margret Berg; and her siblings, Joe and Elizabeth (Margaret).
She is survived by: her sisters, Betty and Margaret; her children, Charles, Joseph, Diane Hunt (Joe), Joanne Stoner (Ron), Marsha Adolph (Brian), Teresa Anderson (Dave), Chuck Berg (Steph), Milford and Joe Berg; and her brother Jim of Massachusetts. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren as well as spouses and 21 great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Turner Jenness Funeral Homes (1101 10th St, Milford, IA 51351). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:15 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (1305 Okoboji Ave, Milford, IA 51351).
