He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Boyer; his grandchildren, Luke Golonka of Cystal Lake, IL, Alegra Melesio of Cystal Lake, IL and Gianna Boyer of Cystal Lake, IL; his siblings, Beth Boelman (Kim), Karla Hills (Doug) and Norman Craig (Shelia); and his sister-in-law Monika Boyer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
