He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Monahan and Evelyn Monahan (Torkelson); his brother Dennis Monahan; and his nephew Shannon Alexander. He is survived by: his friend Linda Anderson; and his siblings, Kathy Birke (Denny), Annie Billings, Johnny Monahan (Janice), Ellen Alexander (Rick), Ronald Monahan, Brian Monahan and Kevin Monahan (Tammy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
