He was predeceased by: his wife Tootie; his parents, Fred Buchholtz and Elsie Buchholtz; his in-laws, Louie and Reva Peters; his brother Donald Buchholtz; his siblings-in-law, Erlene Buchholtz, Mary Jane Rawson, Beverly Behr, Mike Rawson, Donald Carstensen and Gary Peters; and his great grandchild Brooklyn Buchholtz.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Buchholtz (Beth) of Williamsburg and Pam Goodyear (Dan) of Monticello; his grandchildren, Brett Walker, Dylan (Brittany Kemper), Levi (Kate Robinson), Jake, Zada Buchholtz, Olivia and Gabe Goodyear; his great grandchildren, Remington, Jaxon Buchholtz and Corbin Kemper; his sister Diane Carstensen; his siblings-in-law, Ron Behr, Karen Peters and Nancy Peters; and his cousin Harold Wurst (Yvonne). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
