He was predeceased by: his parents, John Waddingham and Reva Waddingham (Elder); his wife Janice Meinders; his siblings, Ellen Sobek, David and Bruce; and his grandson Tyson Warren.
He is survived by: his daughters, Paige Warren (Brad), Kendra Pottebaum (Scott) and Sarah Statlander (Travis); his grandchildren, Kolby, Kade, Zachary, Katie, Reghan and Gavin; his great grandchild Eleanor; his brothers, Bill (Rosalie) and Ray; and his sisters-in-law, Cheryl and Marie.
Memorials may be given to the Tom Waddingham Memorial, with fund designations to be determined at a later time.
