He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Neil and Lucille Ellen Petty (Woodruff); and his siblings, Randy Petty and Mary Luce. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Petty of Tingley, Iowa; his daughter Kim Petty of Altoona, Iowa; his brothers, Bill Petty of West Minister and Richard Petty (Rhonda) of Chandler, Arizona; his sister-in-law Tracy Ball of Des Moines, Iowa; and his parents-in-law, Earl and Coleen Briner of Tingley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
