Kay Drake Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay Drake of Tingley, Iowa, who passed away on August 31, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lois Orthelda Allen (Baker) and Cecil Allen; her parents-in-law, Loren Russel and Velma Drake; her brother Willis "Turk" Allen; and her siblings-in-law, Dave Sobotka, Harold Drake and Juanita Clouse (Donald).

She is survived by: her children, Douglas Lloyd, Gregory Allen (Diane), JoDee Ray and Kristi Lynn (Terry); her husband Lloyd Raymond Drake; her grandson Doug (Valerie); her children, Dustin, Amber, Adam, Chandra, Chanelle, Joe (Nancy), Laura, Erin, Dan, Anna, Andrew, Leslie, Danelle and Trisha; her sister Lois Ann Sobotka; and her brother-in-law Tom Drake (Barb). She is also survived by 42 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to the Kay Drake Memorial Fund, to be established at a later date.
