He is survived by: his wife Argelia Acosta Favela; his sons, Cesar and Israel Zamarron; his siblings, Patricia, Gabriela, Analilia (Raul Alvarez Gomez) and Cuauhtemoc Zamarron Gomez (Blanca Zamarron); his nieces and nephews, Isaias, Yvonne, Leonardo Acosta Almaras, Edwin, Sergio, Gabriel Chavez Acosta, Hazel, Abraham, Adriana Magaña Acosta, Jesus, Manuel, Fernando, Eric Samuel Cervantes, Ana Gabriela Aranda and Abril Alvarez Zamarron; his parents-in-law, Maria, Pilar Favela and Teodoro Acosta; his siblings-in-law, Isaias (Sandra), Elizabeth (Juan Gabriel Chavez), Ana Violeta (Eraclio Magaña) and Abigai Acosta Favela (Jesus Cervantes); and his godchildren, Jesus Cervantes and Hazel Magaña.
