He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Dostal and Jean Dostal (Whitmore); and his son Dillon. He is survived by: his girlfriend Vickie Lacina of Gladbrook; his children, Kathy Kucera of Traer, Darin Dostal (Melissa) of Grinnell and Drew Dostal (Mikaella) of Independence; and his grandchildren, Katelyn, Nathan (Grace), Madelyn Kucera, Jolene, Tyler, Lucas, Caleb Dostal and Deacon Dostal. He is also survived by aunt; and several cousins.
