It is with sadness that the passing of Judith Ann Haynes of Toledo, Iowa is shared. Judith, born on August 9, 1942, passed away on September 12, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William McAteer and Iola McAteer (Mikkelson); and her siblings-in-law, Ed Vesely, Delane Cizek and Margola Spear.
She is survived by: her husband Fred of Toledo; her children, Tammie Lohnes (John) of Wichita, KS and Kurt Haynes (Sarah) of New Braunfels, TX; her grandchildren, John Lohnes III (Kimberly), Christopher Lohnes (Katherine), Emma Haynes, Finn Haynes and Wylder Haynes; her great grandchild Felicity Lohnes; and her siblings, John Spear of Troy, IL, Beverly Vesely of Toledo and Jacqueline Cizek of Toledo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (100 W State St, Toledo, IA 52342). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to First Presbyterian Church in Toledo or Iowa River Hospice in Marshalltown.
