He is survived by: his wife Betty McMurray of Toledo; his children, Allen Arp (Donna) of Conroy, Delynn Arp (Corinna) of Toledo and Jolene Diers (Fred) of Albia; his siblings, Arlene Horstmann of Gladbrook, Larry Arp (Nancy) of Virginia and Dean (Wanda) of Tama; and his brother-in-law Vernon Smith. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
