Rose Marie Scully Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Marie Scully of Toledo, Iowa, who passed away on April 8, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Bachman and Mabel Bachman (Boeckenheuer); her husband Dennis Scully; and her siblings, Virgil Bachman (Anoma), LaVern Bachman (Donna), Shirley Pfister (Harold) and Mavis Reierson (Clarence).
She is survived by: her children, Deanna Scully of Marshalltown, Karianne Hendrix (Bill) of Mattoon and Patrick Scully of Camden; and her grandchildren, Caitlin Scully of North Liberty, Hope, Damien and Jackson Scully of Clinton. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (314 W Mission St, Strawberry Point, IA 52076).
