He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Foreman and Wilma Foreman (Kendall); his stepmother Gladys; his stepsister Loraine Mahaffey; his grandson Sidney Anderson; his son-in-law Don Wathan; and his siblings, Keith Foreman, Don Foreman and Lucille Estes.

He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Masker of Toledo; his children, Lori Flynn (Bob) of Toledo, Gwen Wathan of Toledo and Darin Foreman (Amy) of Cedar Rapids; his grandchildren, Lance Flynn (Laurie), Bret Flynn, Brian Flynn (Chelsie), Gail Meek (Brad), Rick Anderson (Season), Lesley Youngbear (Josh), William Foreman, Joseph Foreman and Nicholas Foreman; his great grandchildren, Baylor, Brady Flynn, Alexis, Kailee, Natalie, Olivia Meek, Jaxton Anderson, Jacob, Kyle and Kendra Youngbear; and his great great grandchild Kamdyn Meek. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
