He is survived by: his parents, David Jr. Clubine (Robin) of Lincoln and Stacey Werkmeister (David) of Traer; his daughter Paige Clubine of Gladbrook; his significant other Cassie Johnson; his children, Stone and Ryker; his siblings, Clay Clubine of Traer, Carie Jo Larson of Gladbrook and Wally Johnson of Traer; Christopher Larson of Marshalltown, Casey Larson of Clarion, Tyler, Riley, Sarah and Jason Werkmeister. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
