He was predeceased by: his brothers, Tom and Gerry Kopriva. He is survived by: his wife Sandi; his daughters, April Krebsbach (Wayde), Jolene Manibhai (Kip), Keri Kopriva and Krista Walker (Vincent); his brother John Kopriva; his grandchildren, Faith Eisele-Beck (Michael), Conner, Riley Manibhai, Daelyn, Dacey Powell and Marah Walker; and his great grandchildren, Skyla Beck and Hadley Eisele.

Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Paul Catholic Church (1102 Walnut St, Traer, IA 50675). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
