He is survived by: his wife Lynn Wessels of Traer, IA; his daughter Cara Hintz (Brian Hintz); his grandchildren, Carter and Beckett of Cedar Falls, IA; his son Bryant Cizek (Ashley); his grandchildren, Chase, Jaxon and Brantley of Traer, IA; his son Tyler Cizek; his grandchildren, Quinnie and Reece of Waterloo, IA; his siblings, Jacque Winchip (Louis) of Cedar Rapids, IA, JoEllen Kubik (Ray) of Traer, IA and Joel Cizek (Connie) of Florida; and his siblings-in-law, Pat Wessels (Brenda) of Dyersville, IA, Gary Wessels (Pam) of Dyersville, IA, Marty Wessels (Wanda) of Farley, IA, Joyce Willman (Kevin) of Dyersville, IA and Lois Bonifas (Mark) of Dubuque, IA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
