She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Joel and Dora Eva Fain (Turner); and her husband Carrol Copenhaver. She is survived by: her brother Ken Fain (Georgia) of Overland Park, KS; her children, Carlin Copenhaver (Diane) of Treynor, Karen Way (Byron) of Treynor and Rob Copenhaver (Steph) of Council Bluffs; her grandchild Ashley (Tom Allisma); her great grandchildren, Rosemary and Willa; her grandchildren, Skylar Harris (Nick) and Sara Larkin (Adam); her great grandchildren, Adaline and Ajax; and her granddaughter Lora Billesbach.
Memorials: Per the family's request, in lieu of flowers, memorials are directed to Eckels Memorial Library or Nishna Heritage Museum in Oakland, IA.
