She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Hamilton and Alma Hamilton (Vining); her husband Glen "Skip" Johnson; her son Glen; her daughter-in-law Diane; and her great grandchild Felicia.
She is survived by: her children, Don Johnson (Deb) of Tripoli, Joyce Sawyer (Chuck) of Lawler, Leroy Johnson (Elaine) of Frederika and Rhonda Borsos of Ogden; and her pet Hershey. She is also survived by her 14 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home (218 2nd St SE, Waverly, IA 50677). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
