He is survived by: his mother Helen Erbes (Peters) of Greenfield; his wife Melody McFarland-Erbes of Union; his daughter Kelsey Patava (Joe); his grandchildren, Dallas and Audra of Ankeny; his son Luke Erbes (Kaitlin) of Beaman; his siblings, Dick Erbes (Donna) of Fontanelle, Jim Erbes (Debbie) of Urbandale and Sara Garside (Clint) of Greenfield; his stepson Steven McFarland (Amber); his stepgrandchildren, Boden, Baylor of Van Meter and Lance McFarland (MaKayla); Gracyn and Chase of Fontanelle.
